Service Description

Move-in/move-out cleaning: This type of cleaning service is designed to prepare a property for a new tenant or to clean a property after a tenant has moved out. It includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and washing windows.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the specified notice period will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to access the premises or is turned away, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without incurring any additional charges. Rescheduling: We are happy to assist with rescheduling your cleaning appointment at no extra cost if it falls within the specified notice period. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy
