Position Overview:

As a Residential and Commercial Cleaner at NikEra Clean LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' homes and workplaces. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' spaces are comfortable and spotless.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces according to company standards.

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting areas as needed.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and office spaces.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

• Handle specialized cleaning tasks as required.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide training!

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Friendly demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.

• Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as needed.

• Valid driver's license

• Able to pass background check
