Cancellation Policy

NikEra Clean understand that plans can change and sometimes it's necessary to cancel an appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both our clients and our cleaning team.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This will allow us to adjust our schedule and to offer the appointment to another client.

  • If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we will charge a fee to cover our costs. The fee amount will depend on the amount of notice given and the extent of the scheduling changes.

  • For recurring cleaning services, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, to avoid any charges.

  • For move-in/move-out cleaning and deep cleaning services, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, to avoid any charges.

  • If the cleaner arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to gain entry or access to the property, a cancellation fee may apply.​
