Service Description

This type of cleaning service is designed for homes and apartments. It includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Service not to exceed 3 hours. ***Upon arrival, if the cleaning technician determines that your home/apartment is greater than the square footage indicated in your order, you will have 2 options: 1. Pay $60/hr for each additional hour that exceeds 3hrs. 2. Allow the cleaning technician to clean up to 3hrs, be advised some areas may not get cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the specified notice period will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to access the premises or is turned away, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without incurring any additional charges. Rescheduling: We are happy to assist with rescheduling your cleaning appointment at no extra cost if it falls within the specified notice period. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy
