Service Description

White gloves cleaning is our specialized service that is designed to prepare vacation rental properties for guests and to maintain them during their stay. It typically includes a variety of tasks that are designed to keep the property clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for guests. Cleaning tasks may include: Deep cleaning: This includes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas. This may include tasks such as washing bedding and towels, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Check-in and check-out cleaning: This service ensures that the property is cleaned and ready for guests upon arrival and that it is left in a clean condition upon their departure. Linen and laundry service: This service includes changing bed linens and towels, and washing, folding, and ironing clothes, linens, and towels. Restocking supplies: This service includes replenishing guest supplies such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Maintenance and repairs: This service includes addressing any maintenance or repair issues that may arise during a guest's stay. The frequency of cleaning and maintenance services will depend on the clients' specific needs and the number of guests staying there. We follow Airbnb and Vrbo specific cleaning and sanitizing guidelines.


Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the specified notice period will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to access the premises or is turned away, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without incurring any additional charges. Rescheduling: We are happy to assist with rescheduling your cleaning appointment at no extra cost if it falls within the specified notice period. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy
